The IPsphere Forum is an open, international, industry-wide, pro-competitive, non-profit association of IT, telecommunications and networking companies focused on advancing the deployment of an IP infrastructure (an “IPsphere”) that enables both providers and users to meet their economic and technical needs optimally for the broadest possible set of network, content and applications services. Members are drawn from the IT, telecommunications, networking and related industries desiring to advance the conception and deployment of networked business and consumer applications not currently feasible with contemporary web and Internet technologies. Forum members must have the seniority within their respective companies to set policy and direction, including the ability to exert influence over participation in standards bodies, and the directions taken therein. IPSF membership consists of technical executives drawn from organizations in the Americas, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
